Polyester High Tenacity Yarn
Polyester High Tenacity Yarn is primarily used in applications where a tight grip or tenacity is a main factor. The filaments of the high tenacity yarn preferably have a cross-section having 5 to 8 vertices, possibly with indentations between the vertices. The cross-section of the filaments is preferably star-shaped. The high tenacity yarn preferably has a tenacity of 60 to 85 cN/tex, an elongation at break of 15% to 35%, a hot-air shrinkage of 4% to 10% and a stretch recovery of 250 to 400 cN/tex.High Tenacity yarn is also available in different variant like normal shrinkage, low shrinkage & super low shrinkage depending upon the suitable end-use. The high tenacity yarn is excellently suited for use in the manufacture of industrial fabrics, particularly airbag fabrics. as it has high durability, toughness, chemical resistance to withstand extreme environments and withstands extremely hot environments that can stress conventional multi-filaments to their performance limits. .

Important properties of Nylon yarn for industrial applications are outstanding tensile strength and scrub resistance, high elasticity but also a higher specific heat capacity compared to other materials.
We offer Nylon 6 HT yarns in a variety of fine to coarse deniers ranging from dtex 235 up to dtex 2100 as well as any plies. We offer UV stabilized, heat resistant or colored. Polypropylene High Tenacity Yarn
Polypropylene (PP), also known as polypropene, is a thermoplastic polymer used in a wide variety of applications including packaging and labeling, textiles (e.g., ropes, thermal underwear and carpets), stationery, plastic parts and reusable containers of various types, laboratory equipment, loudspeakers, automotive components, transvaginal mesh[1] and polymer banknotes. An addition polymer made from the monomer propylene, it is rugged and unusually resistant to many chemical solvents, bases and acids.
Propylene thread has an extraordinary strength, it is resistant to moisture and mechanical stress, anti-allergenic, and retains good the heat. This fiber can be easily dyed in bright and fast colors. The polypropylene yarn is perfect for knitting of bags, interior items and all kinds of accessories. You can not only knit or crochet, but also use the technique of macramé (knopp knitting).
